This Spicy Smoked Sausage & Lentil Stew belongs in the quick & comfy hall of fame! I chopped and browned a package of hot smoked sausage, tossed in a can of lentil soup and some creole seasoning. I served over buttered boil-in-bag white rice and marveled in the contentment that followed. This dish is pretty spicy and could be dressed up with a few veggies. But, for a quick weeknight meal, it fits the bill and will satisfy the hungry crowd in your kitchen.
