Bananas Supreme

Take one ripe banana.
Quarter it.
Fry the banana in 1 T butter.
When golden brown, add 1 T brown sugar.
Remove bananas to a plate or bowl.
Roll 2 scoops of real vanilla ice cream in almond meal.
Place on bananas.
Add 1 T apricot preserves and 1 T OJ to pan.
Use mixture to deglaze pan and pour over ice cream and bananas.
Enjoy and fall into a divine food coma.
