Quick & Comfy: Buffalo Quesadilla
cook 2/3 bag Morningstar Chik’n Tenders, chop
toss with 1 T butter, melted and 2 T Frank’s Red Hot sauce
combine 1/3 cup shedded jack & cheddar and chicken mixture on
2 whole grain tortillas
use some 3 cheese ranch, for dipping
