StarXLR8’s Rules for Better Sleep

This post is a little premature, but I wanted to get it out there. I am focusing my energy on improving the amount and quality of sleep I get, to help with each of the areas I mentioned in my last post. I’ve done a little reading and made my own list of rules. I’ll let you know how it goes.

  • No caffeine after 5pm (for now, reduce later).
  • Make supper lower carb (to reduce hypoglycemia).
  • No eating after 8pm.
  • Evening routine at 9:30pm.
  • Lights out at 10pm.
  • Get up (no snooze button) at 5am.
  • Use alarm clock on the other side of the room.

What is your routine? Do you have any sleep rituals? Any natural early risers out there?

Thanks for stopping by my blog! That bedding is from Pottery Barn Teen and may be discontinued now but is probably still around on ebay. It reversible too!
