These nachos really are fabuloso
These babies turned out golden and delicious. Since I stayed home from work sick today, this was a simple, comforting treat! I followed Karina’s recipe, except I used extra virgin olive oil cooking spray to lessen the fat. There was plenty already in the cheese!
