BBQ Tofu + Kale Mashed Potatoes
This supper was unbelievable! Comforting textures and a range of flavors permeated my mouth. I ended up making three types of barbecued tofu - hoisin with sesame seeds, french fried onion and parmesan. All used KC Masterpiece as a base. The potatoes followed the 101 Cookbooks recipe closely, save for one change. I used the french fried onions from the can instead of frying my own. A perfect salty-crunchy addition!
