I fell in love with this vintage teal pie safe before I ever saw it in person. My take off on this is a small dresser, painted the same beautiful color with clear glass knobs. Right now it is primer white with the new knobs. I’ve got the paint all ready, just waiting for some consistent spring weather.

I don’t see any pie in it. And if it’s a safe, where’s the lock? Am I missing something?
Well, if this were 70+ years ago, then there would be a pie in it. You are keeping it safe from bugs and animals, not people!
Hmm…I don’t see any bugs or people in the photo, so the “pie that isn’t there” must be very safe. Good job.
