Sending love the old-fashioned way
There is something to be said for real hard tangible snail mail. A beautiful card from a loved one conveys so much more than e-card ever could. It brings with it the time and warmth the sender put into it. It evokes memories of special notes from the past and anticipation of the next time Mr. Mailman makes his delivery. While technology undoubtedly brings us closer than we have ever been, it can only go so far. The smell of ink, the taste of envelope glue, its all part of the experience. We mustn’t let this tradition fade away.

mmm…envelope glue.
True, letters/cards/postcards are great, but nothing says lovin’ like a comment on a blog. It’s that “reach out and touch someone” that we all love both giving and receiving.

Where’s your blog? I’d love to comment on it.

I appreciate the desire to leave snarky or witty comments on mine, but I don’t have one. You’ll have to live with being on the receiving end for now.
