Havarti Cherry “Chicken” Rollups
Tonight I created something worthy of the great Pillsbury Bake-Off, so I entered it. Wish me luck (and don’t steal my recipe)!
1 package Morningstar Farm’s Meal Starters Chik’N Strips
2 T Hellman’s Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Reduced Fat Crescent Dinner Rolls
8 T Smucker‘s® Cherry Preserves
4 slices havarti cheese, halved
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook Chik’N Strips for 4 minutes in a skillet coated with cooking spray.
Dice Chik’N Strips and combine with 2 T mayonnaise.
Unroll all 8 Crescent Rolls on baking sheet.
Top large end of each Crescent Roll with 1 T Cherry Preserves.
Place half-slice of havarti cheese on each Crescent Roll.
Divide diced Chik’N mixture among 8 Rolls.
Roll up towards narrow end and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 13 minutes.

mmm…Havarti cheese.
I think you need a catchier name for your recipe if your going to enter it in a contest. How about Chicken Cherry Poppers? Or Heavenly Havarti and other stuff?
I’m full of good ideas. ![]()
